Possesses exceptional experience in advising senior executives and senior leadership staff on management and administrative issues; demonstrated ability to plan and develop innovative solutions for issues in a variety of management programs to include but not limited to human capital management, financial management, contracts, management analysis, information technology, facilities management, and other administrative support functions affecting the Agency.3. Possesses exceptional experience effectively developing and executing plans to accomplish strategic goals and relevant organizational objectives, including the risk management program, setting priorities and acquiring, organizing, and leveraging available resources to ensure timely delivery of high quality services and products.4.
