You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) qualification requirements for the advertised position. You must meet all eligibility and qualifications requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.For the Executive Core Qualifications and Technical Qualifications, you are required to submit a narrative response addressing your specific knowledge, skills, and abilities that demonstrate your possession of the qualifications. Demonstrated executive/managerial experience delivering data-driven results in the provision of effective andefficient administrative services that support the critical mission of a comparable organization. These operational services include human capital management, acquisition and material management, information technology, office services, curatorial services and executive leadership. These programs directly affect the operations, programs and workforce of the entire major organization.2. Possesses exceptional experience in advising senior executives and senior leadership staff on management and administrative issues; demonstrated ability to plan and develop innovative solutions for issues in a variety of management programs to include but not limited to human capital management, financial management, contracts, management analysis, information technology, facilities management, and other administrative support functions affecting the Agency.3. Possesses exceptional experience effectively developing and executing plans to accomplish strategic goals and relevant organizational objectives, including the risk management program, setting priorities and acquiring, organizing, and leveraging available resources to ensure timely delivery of high quality services and products.4.
