In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Effectively communicating in writing and orally with external customers to ensure clarity and aid in successful completion of a construction project: 2) Conducting meetings and discussions during construction phase or projects to ensure communication of requirements to ensure compliance with NAVFAC policies, regulations, and codes; 4) Preparing high level complexity in-house construction cost modifications to the contract cost; 5) Applying engineering knowledge to assist in resolution of technical issues encountered on project site to minimize project scope under the mentorship of a Construction Manager.
