For External (VEOA) applicants, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing visual and predictive maintenance inspections and assessments of utility facilities distribution systems and equipment; 2) interpreting data to solve problems impacting utility system performance; 3) maintaining a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library and monitoring adherence to procedures. For Current Federal applicants, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing inspections of utility facilities distribution systems and equipment; 2) entering data into a Geographic Information Systems system; 3) analyzing maintenance reports and utility work type metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective action; 4) keeping accurate records and providing maps.
