Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Manages, coordinates, and administers wholesale bulk fuel management functions relative to receiving, storing, handling, inspecting, inventory control, quality surveillance using the inventory database; 2) Demonstrates tact in oral/and or written communication to Contract Vendors, Contracting Officers, Program Managers and Internal Managers in providing technical advice and assistance; 3) Conducts surveillance over construction and maintain operations performed by contractors to include reviewing project plans and conforming to the specifications of the project; 4) Apply accepted method of statistical and economic analysis to determine scope of work and provide sound solutions to problems related to fuel projects; 5) Provides technical guidance in regards to construction, repair and maintenance of bulk fuel terminal facilities which includes civil, structural, architectural, electrical mechanical and environmental engineering contracts.
