Applicant must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, which has equipped the applicant with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.Specialized experience is defined as professional working experience that included the following:-Knowledge and experience in interpreting and complying with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12), OPM Final Credentialing Standards for Issuing Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Cards Under HSPD-12, and OPM Credentialing, Suitability, and Security Clearance Decision Making Guide. -Knowledge and experience in initiating, conducting quality inspections, and submitting of OPM investigative questionnaires (SF-85/SF-85P/SF-86) in the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) system. Knowledge and Experience in utilizing the OPM Clearance Verification System (CVS), OPM Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS), and the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) Program. -Knowledge and skill in utilizing Microsoft Excel to create complex formulas/programs to incorporate policy logic into multiple data sets that will generate actionable and accurate results. Experience in normalizing data amongst different data sets so that data can be merged and analyzed. Experience in generating Excel reporting and metrics.-Knowledge and experience in managing or working directly in a badging office that conducted enrollments and issuance of Federal Government credentials.-Ability to manage program activities, apply policy direction, critical thinking, and independent decision making to specific operating requirements.Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience.
