TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-12 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the respective grade level at which you are applying: ?GS-13 Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one year (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing routine and recurring budget duties such as: Developing guidelines and advising other intelligence analysts at the federal, state, or local levels on intelligence topics; Administering principles, techniques, and methodologies of intelligence research to conduct research and analysis activities; Conducting functions related to national intelligence agencies and law enforcement communities, such as planning exercises for crises management and disaster planning; Analyzing techniques and practices to develop and maintain working relationships with a variety of groups and organizations; and Preparing a range of written products such as formal reports, information bullets and fact sheets.
