Qualification Summary
To qualify for GS-0344-05, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience monitoring and managing the process of all command military awards using authorized microcomputer programs and other applications.
*Experience compassing awards tracker, gathering and analyzing data for broader studies of awards demographics.
* Experience coordinating command sponsored awards ceremonies for presentation of military awards and assisting command personnel with planning and coordinating retirement ceremonies.
*Experience utilizing a variety of software (e.g. spreadsheets, database, word processing, flow processing, etc.) to meet office functional capabilities.
* Experience assigning and reviewing work to identify training requirements and arrange training.
* Experience using English grammar, spelling, and punctuation to correct obvious errors in draft material. Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
