Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing various types of data queries in order to analyze performance and cost data and identify trends using applicable software such as: COGNOS, TOAD, DISCOVER, and CITRIX; 2) Analyzing the performance and identifying trends in the performance of MAXIMO by using the knowledge of the network structure; 3) Developing and evaluating process improvement initiatives in MAXIMO to increase productivity or quality, reduce cost, and set goals; 4) Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures and training material as needed to implement new procedures; and 5) Using MAXIMO’s complex data structure, its security structure, its functionality and its interoperability with other computer systems.
