This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1) Using of a wide variety of hand tools, test equipment, power tools, and equipment to perform the work; 2) Planning, laying out, and completing installation, modification, and repair of new and existing electrical and/or mechanical systems; and 3) Interpreting building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering documents, drawings, and maintenance and repair manuals to plan work.
