Qualification Summary
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include:Knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of intelligence operations and analysis. Knowledge of the intelligence collections system to include system capabilities, weaknesses and limitations, as well as knowledge of procedures and instructions and ability to submit collection requirements in the proper formats. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures Ability to manage, supervise and lead military and civilian personnel, including scheduling and overseeing intelligence production requirements, delegating responsibility and ensuring on-time delivery of accurate intelligence products Ability to plan, host, lead and participate in internal and formal training sessions to aid assigned personnel and continue professional growth in the area of intelligence support to WMD systems analysis and WMD operations.and expert knowledge of the intelligence doctrine and cycles, nuclear, chemical, biological, and radiological (CBRN) capabilities of state and non-state actors. WMD intelligence operations-associated tactics, techniques, procedures; and of the role of intelligence capabilities in supporting WMD planning and global strike execution. Authoritative and expert knowledge of the intelligence doctrine and cycles, nuclear, chemical, biological, and radiological (CBRN) capabilities of state and non-state actors. WMD intelligence operations-associated tactics, techniques, procedures; and of the role of intelligence capabilities in supporting WMD planning and global strike execution. Professional-level knowledge of US policies, entities, missions, resources, operations, capabilities, databases, and requirements to perform intelligence research planning, operations collection, systems analysis, and other intelligence collection related activities. Expert knowledge of the principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis and and research to include WMD systems analysis, e.g. network analysis, nodal analysis, critical path, predictive analysis, qualitative analysis and database manipulation. Ability to quickly assimilate disparate data and render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implications of such data; and to apply facts and estimates derived from numerous sources to a variety of problems having different technical aspects PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge and skills that can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
