Qualification Summary
GS-11 position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting financial directives and instructions for budget formulation; 2) Preparing civilian pay budgets to submit to leadership; and 3) Justifying labor budget based on requirements. GS-09 position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Making corrections in accounting system for labor data; 2) Formulating reports on civilian labor; and 3) Responding to questions on civilian labor.
