Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialize experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, analyzing, and advising on budget administration, policies and policies such as: formulating on budget and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities; review and evaluate budget requests; and control and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
