Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Must be 18 years of age. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of a variety of chemical and cleaning agents. Skill to use a variety of household and industrial equipment and attachments. Skill to operate, clean and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment. Physical ability to move furniture, lift and move objects over 50 pounds, walk, bend, stoop, and stand on a routine basis. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Position is subject to special inoculation and immunization requirements as a condition of employment for working with children. Employee is required to obtain appropriate immunization against communicable diseases. Must pass a pre-employment physical, provide evidence of immunization and be free from communicable disease. Satisfactorily pass all required background checks. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
