Qualification Summary
You must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or qualifying pay band or other pay system in the Federal Service which has given you the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) as shown below required to successfully
perform the duties of this position. Typically the experience would involve conducting investigations; conducting interview and following leads;
evaluating and interpreting data from a variety of sources to reconstruct events; preparing analytical reports fo findings; identifying problems
and recommending solution; interpreting investigative regulations, laws and policies. ( To be creditable, specialized experience must meet the
above level requirements.) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/
or competencies in the following areas:
· Knowledge of interrelationship of data gathered from units with different missions in developing measurements to improve
organizational effectiveness.
· Skill in identifying and analyzing compliance issues and developing expert technical advise and making expert recommendations to
resolve substantive issues.
· Expert knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to analyze, review, and assess unit effectiveness.
· Skill and ability in oral and written communications to prepare and deliver briefings, lead discussions, motivate personnel, conduct
workshops and seminars and prepare project and staff reports. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties
and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e.,
Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social).
Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge and skills that can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly
to paid employment.You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Education
