Qualification Summary
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field or a combination of education and at least 4 years work experience that demonstrates a professional knowledge of market research, public relations, advertising, and event marketing. Experience with analyzing industry trends and recommending effective marketing strategies. Demonstrated experience in dealing with situations requiring effective leadership, guidance, and/or constructive coaching of associate staff. Experience and knowledge of non-appropriated fund regulations is highly desired. Demonstrated experience using a variety of marketing media and methods, such as graphic arts, design, illustrations, photographs, computers, broadcast, social media, and other visual media. Must have effective writing and oral presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs may be required.
