Selective Factor: This is a bilingual position. Applicants will be required toself-certify proficiency in Spanish as a condition of employment. Examples of specialized experience or education sought for this opportunity may include:
GG-0301-13:EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes managing and leading project teams to complete difficult tasks; researching and analyzing the needs of a geographic area; developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders; addressing questions and concerns, and resolving problems; and distributing resources to address specific needs of a particular geographical area.
EDUCATION: No substitution of education for experience is permitted.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
