Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
GS-11 Specialized experience is defined as experience or on the job training with one or more of the following:project management;maintenance and operations facilities design; mechanical systems; contracting methods; creating cost estimates; preparing contract and design documents for building, plumbing, heating and ventilation, or air-conditioning systems; or electrical power panels and generators.
