Qualification Summary
HR ASST (MILITARY), GS-0203-06: have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-05 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience was obtained in the private sector, but must is comparable to the GS grade indicated: Receiving and distributing mail, Maintaining personnel records, Retrieving files and information, Using common computer software, Answering telephones, Following written or oral instructions to accomplish work. HR ASST (MILITARY),GS- 0203-07: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-06 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience was obtained in the private sector, but must is comparable to the GS grade indicated: Provides advice and assistance to commander and staff on various Career Enhancement programs; Monitors the accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained within the personnel data systems; Participates in development of procedures and establishment of policy for building, updating, auditing, and for accountability and disposition of automated and manual records; Performs personnel relocation actions pertaining to voluntary and involuntary reassignments, separations, retirements, conditional release programs and separations.
