Qualification Summary
Initial appointment to GS grade levels are determined by education level completed. You must complete the NASA supplemental questions to assist in determining your education level completed. Your education will be rated against the NASA developed qualifications standards listed below. Failure to answer the NASA supplemental questions may result in loss of consideration.GS-7 (Starting salary $41,566): Accepted into a master’s or doctoral program or in the first year of a master’s or doctoral program. Salary will be set at Step 1 from the applicable pay scale.
