Qualification Summary
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must have be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Ability to develop and make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel. General knowledge of the military environment preferred.
OR
Completion of the requirements for a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks.All answers to the Highly Qualifying Criteria must be demonstrated in your resume to get credit.
1. Professional marketing experience managing and developing content for various social media platforms.
2. Professional marketing experience working with clients to collect and analyze data to determine customer needs and marketing trends.
3. Demonstrated ability to apply marketing techniques in order to achieve a goal (i.e. increase revenue, participation or website traffic).
