Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience: Operating or evaluating Surface Tactical Cryptological Systems, oceanographic and atmosphere observation systems associated communication equipment networking devices; Providing technical services as an inspector reviewing testing, test plan generation and inspection and assessment procedures for new construction and in service U.S. Navy ship, crafts, MSC and other government owned ships; Preparing inspection document reviewing ship specifications, technical documents, maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government and maritime classifications, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Safety and International Maritime Regulations; Testing and inspecting shipboard network configuration and automated systems to review maintenance and testing equipment processes and procedures Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
