We were just about trying to recover from the shock of Sridevi’s death news. Then, all of a sudden 3 days back, the visual and the social media were rife with the news of veteran actor Mumtaz’s death. The news also said that she had been murdered. Then, it was stated that it was a heart attack. She was alone with no one to take care of her. All Mumtaz fans went into a shock.
When the news had been sufficiently spread, the actor’s daughter Tanya took up the task of informing the world that her mother is hale and hearty and with her in Rome. The mother-daughter team was on their way to shop for some plants, she added. Mumtaz also came forward and revealed in a video that she was fine, very happy and was among her loving family members. Are rumor-mongers having a hay-day by killing off female actors having daughters? I wonder.
