Song: The music of this song was composed by Kalyanji-Anandji and the lyrics were penned by Hasrat Jaipuri.
The gist of the song is, “Stop stretching yourself. The 2 worlds will break into a sweat. The sky will drop the sun and the moon. Your style is amazing. Be careful. You might wreak havoc.”
Video: Cinematography by P L Roy. Dance choreography is by B Hiralal-A K Chopra-Reddy-Sundaram.
The video opens with Leena Chandavarkar stretching her body gracefully and Dharmendra beginning this song. Leena Chandavarkar is lying on a make-shift hammock, supposedly made from woody climbers and other Botanical stuff, covering her naked body with a jute sack.
Dharmendra removes the sari, which has dried overnight, from the dried plants and brings it to Leena Chandavarkar. He throws the sari on her and she is seen adjusting the end of her sari, fully clad now. I wonder where were her blouse and petticoat till now, which she is obviously wearing under the sari!
In the next shot, she is seen joining him in the song. They are, now, seen romancing each other in a wilderness, among some trees, near a freshwater lake. They go boating on the lake. Surprisingly, they are wearing the same dresses all through. Soon, the song peters out and the lead pair comes back to the present.
Artists: The playback of this song was sung by Mohammad Rafi and Lata Mangeshkar and the onscreen performances are by Dharmendra and Leena Chandavarkar.
Cultural Influence: This typically filmi song does not have any cultural influence on it. The song and the artists are very good. The video is watchable for the same.
