Scotty McCreery releases new song “Wherever You Are”

Scotty McCreery just announced his engagement to fiancé Gabi Dugal. But, the romance doesn’t stop there. Just days after releasing the cutest engagement photos ever, the country music singer is back with a brand new single. It’s a song that he says is inspired by Dugal.

The new song, “Wherever You Are” is part of the upcoming album, “Seasons Change,” which is due out on March 16. A lot of critics and fans are looking forward to this album. It’s the first new music and album we’ve gotten from McCreery in five years.

The new song is a rather upbeat one. It’s all about McCreery finding the love of his life and pledging to do whatever it takes to be with her. It’s such a sweet song to mark the start of the couple’s life together.

Recently, McCreery talked about the new song and upcoming album. According to Taste Of Country, McCreery had this to say:

“In the last five years, I have grown from a teenager to a man, moved out on my own, lost my grandfather, proposed to the love of my life, and learned more about myself than I could have imagined. This all shows up in the 11 songs on “Seasons Change,” and I cannot wait to share this music with my fans after such a long time between releases.”

It’s always great to hear new music out of McCreery who got his start on “American Idol.” He has a really smooth voice and is easy to listen to. It will be fun to see how successful this new album is for him.

Currently, the country music singer is in the middle of a tour. He has dates through the beginning of June and will hit cities in New York, Kansas, and Indiana, among others. You can learn more about McCreery, his tour and his music on the singer’s website.

Right now, the newly engaged couple is keeping their wedding plans under lock and key. But, I’m sure we will be hearing more out of them pretty soon.
