Suresh (Shatrughan Sinha) runs a well-to-do business with his best friend Dinesh (Marc Zuber). Dinesh is actually a smuggler and runs his illegal activities in their company, right under Suresh’s nose. But, Suresh gets suspicious, as he finds some evidence against his friend and his henchman Yusuf (Imtiaz Khan). During the New Year party, Suresh’s secretary Rajni (Deepti Naval) sings this song.

The video opens with the music and the chorus beginning. Imtiaz Khan, Yunus Pervez and Prem Chopra are watching the performance. Deepti Naval begins the song. Shatrughan Sinha enters the party hall. All the people welcome him with applause, as he enters the hall. Marc Zuber is also dancing on the floor.
Prem Chopra also comes to the dance floor. Deepti Naval dances with Marc Zuber. When Prem Chopra and Deepti Naval are dancing together, Marc Zuber approaches Prem Chopra and tells him that someone was asking for him over the phone. Prem Chopra soon realizes that he had been tricked into leaving Deepti Naval with Marc Zuber.
Marc Zuber tells Deepti Naval to visit his home the next evening for typing some letters. The song and the video end as Deepti Naval takes a bow.
