This Friday, December 8th, Fountain Square Brewing Co. is offering another free show as a part of their new winter concert series called the Discover Showcase. The purpose of the series of free concerts is to give Indianapolis locals an easy way to discover new bands, and for new local bands to get their name out there. This week, the Discover Showcase will feature Chris Wilson & The Heresy, War Radio, and Alex Franc.
Alex Franc will start off the Discover Showcase on Friday night. This Goshen, Indiana musician plays soft acoustic and Christian rock with a jazzy feel to it. Last year, Franc released his acoustic album, “Words I Say in My Head”, which he wrote, recorded, and produced by himself.

Chris Wilson & The Heresy
Following Alex Franc’s performance will be Chris Wilson & The Heresy. Chris Wilson is a local Indianapolis resident, who spent several years living abroad in Ireland before returning to concentrate on performing in his hometown. He has a five-song EP out called, “The Fragile EP”. According to his website’s About page, “Wilson’s powerful vocals are showcased by big melodies and honest lyrics”, which often have autobiographical qualities to them.
