Fruition is a folk-rock, Americana, soul, and blues band from Portland, Oregon signed with Randm Records. Fruition released their debut EP, “Hawthorne Hoedown” in 2008, following which they picked up steam by playing live shows and festivals. Over time, the shows they played got bigger, and they began to play festivals like Bonnaroo, Northwest String Summit, and Telluride Bluegrass. The members of Fruition are Jay Cobb Anderson (vocals, lead guitar, harmonica), Kellen Asebroek (vocals, rhythm guitar, piano), Mimi Naja (vocals, mandolin, guitar), Jeff Leonard (bass), and Tyler Thompson (drums, banjo). Since their debut, Fruition has released six additional albums. The most recent of these, “Labor of Love,”
came out in April 2016. To learn more about Fruition, you can visit their website.

The Deer

Hailing from Austin, Texas, The Deer is a self-proclaimed cosmic-Americana, psychotropic-folk, and transcendental Texas surf-country band. Their most recent full length album, “Tempest & Rapture,” came out in 2016. Although The Deer’s music features a conglomeration of different genres and styles, they strive to preserve the southern gothic tone they’ve managed to hold onto throughout their career. Members of The Deer include Grace Park (vocals, guitar, keys), Jesse Dalton (upright bass, banjo, vocals), Michael McLeod (lead guitar, producer), Alan Eckert (drums, vocals, keys), and Noah Jeffries (fiddle, mandolin). the Deer is currently at work on their fifth studio album, which will be released in the spring of 2018. You can find and listen to The Deer on Soundcloud. For more information on them, you can visit their website.
