Garth Brooks releasing 5-part book series

Garth Brooks is planning to release a memoir. The catch is, the country music superstar says his entire story will not fit in just one book alone. Instead, he is putting his story into a 5-part book series.

The series, which has a planned title of “Garth Brooks: The Anthology,” will come out in parts. The first part, “The First Five Years,” is due out this fall. This part of this series will talk about the beginning of his career, according to Taste of Country. It will talk about some of the makings of Brooks’ biggest hits, including “How the Thunder Rolls,” “Friends in Low Places” and “The Dance.”

In addition to learning about his music, readers will get the opportunity to learn about Brooks’ personal life in this series. For example, in Brooks’ first book, he gives insight into how he and his wife, Trisha Yearwood met and fell in love.

All in all, Brooks’ first book will cover his career from 1989 to 1993. Along with getting some great information about the singer’s past, you will get to see some never-before-seen photos. Each part of the series also comes with a CD, which includes new music.

Brooks plans to release the first book in the series on Nov 14. To kick off the release, Brooks talked about the new series on his podcast “Inside Studio G” on Oct. 2. Brooks airs these episodes on his official Facebook page and talks about many facets of his career and home life.

The country music singer has a lot to celebrate these days. He is currently finishing up a 3-year world tour and has just put out some new music. In addition to this, the singer is also up for Entertainer of the Year at the ACMs, an award he has won several times in the past. It is likely that this new book series will be just as successful as the rest of his career has been.
