He climbs down some steps and revolves round a large statue. Meena Kumari sneaks out of her room. But, Sohrab Modi sees her, without her knowing. She approaches Dilip Kumar. But, he has his back to her. The song peters out and the video ends there.

Artists: The playback of this song was sung by Mukesh and the onscreen performances are by Dilip Kumar and Meena Kumari.

Cultural Influence: This typically filmi song where the hero wants to tell the heroine all the truth about him, hidden from the others. But, coming from a traditional Jewish family (this is true of traditional families everywhere), the heroine finds it uncomfortable to meet the hero outside her secure home. The song and the artists are fantastic. The video is watchable for the same.
