Not only are Dustin Lynch fans getting a brand-new album soon, but they will also get to preview the album with the artist during an album release party. Lynch recently announced that his third studio album is due out on Sept 8. But, a day before it releases, an album release party will take place on iHeartCountry radio.

The album, titled “Current Mood” is Lynch’s first since his sophomore album from 2014. It includes 13 new songs, including his hit “Small Town Boy.” Some of the other songs on the album are ones you can already hear as well. “Love Me or Leave Me Alone,” “Why We Call Each Other,” and “Seein’ Red,” are all available now.

Not only is Lynch a great country artist, he is a fantastic songwriter as well. He co-wrote seven of the songs on the album. He, like many of the other country artists today, has a smooth baritone voice. However, it’s one that doesn’t get lost in the crowd. He has a unique sound and quality to his voice he really uses to his advantage.

One thing fans have come to love about Lynch is that he is a really fun-loving kind of guy. With this latest release, he took several weeks hinting at the titles of the songs on the new album through Twitter. Of course, his fans didn’t really know what he was up to until he released the track list for the new album last week.

The album is now available for pre-order through iTunes.

Lynch is now getting ready to head off on his The Ride or Die Tour, which begins off  Nov 3. He will hit 15 cities before the tour comes to a close on Dec 17. If you haven’t yet purchased tickets for a show near you, be sure to check out the full dates on his website.
