This is an additional song, which is not present in the movie, with excerpts from the movie.
Movie: This song appeared in 2013 black comedy flick Jolly LLB (A name) directed by Subhash Kapoor and produced by Fox Star Studios. The movie starred Arshad Warsi, Boman Irani, Amrita Rao, etc.
The movie begins with a drunk Rahul Dewan (Rajeev Siddhartha) racing in his large car with another after being seduced by a woman in the passenger seat, in the dead of night. Losing control he crashes into a wall on the footpath. The next shot is of a court scene in Meerut where Jagdish Tyagi or Jolly (Arshad Wasi) a Law graduate defending a surgeon against a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed against him after the surgeon had his 14-year old son operate a patient to be featured in Guinness Book of World Records. Jolly loses the case and decides to try his luck in Delhi.
He meets his girl-friend school teacher Sandhya (Amrita Rao) and tells her about his decision. But, she tries to persuade him in many words that his decision is not the right one. But, he goes ahead with it. For a few months, he does not find much work. But, when he gets to meet his idol Tejinder Rajpal (Boman Irani) face to face and his life changes for the better. He watches his idol live, getting his client Rahul Dewan released. He files a PLI on the Rahul Dewan case and becomes a star overnight.
But, the only eye witness Albert Pinto (Harsh Chayya) becomes hostile and refuses to identify Rahul Dewan. Jolly is bribed and even beaten up for the PIL. When Jolly tells the court that he was beaten up, the court decides to give him security. The security officer assigned to him is an old and sick man. After a lot of searching, Jolly finds a lame man, who lost his leg in the hit-and-run incident. The man has been declared dead in the police files. Jolly brings him forward and pleads with the Judge Surenderlal Tripathi (Saurabh Shukla) for justice.
The Judge gives an interesting speech at this moment. He says, he knows, who the culprit is at the beginning of the case itself. But, he keeps waiting for the proof. In all the cases, the right proof does not appear and the culprit leaves the court scot free. But, the Judge also says that this would not happen in this case. Thus, despite hardships, Jolly wins the case. The movie also ends there. This is an additional song not present in the movie.
