Sam Hunt is celebrating an exciting milestone in his life: marrying his long-time girlfriend, Hannah Lee Fowler, in a private Georgia wedding. According to TMZ, the nuptials took place on April 15, 2017, at a beautiful venue in Georgia. Only about 150 guests were present, and the entire celebration was kept on the down-low.
Reports say that the bride wore a designer wedding gown by Olia Zavozina and an extremely long veil. Family members helped her with her veil as she walked down the aisle. Afterward, the crew spent time celebrating in a rustic outdoor setting.
Earlier in the year, Hunt was seen wearing a wedding ring, and many believed the two had already tied the knot. However, Hunt denied the claim insisting the couple was still engaged. At the time, he did mention that the pair would plan a low-key wedding when they did decide to marry because they’re both rather introverted.
This wound up being exactly what they did and appeared to be what the couple wanted. Both had huge smiles on their faces before and after the wedding, and we are expecting to see them together for years to come. They were also spotted later at the airport, looking just as happy as they did on their wedding day.
The couple announced their engagement earlier this year after spending a few months apart. Sam Hunt’s album “Montevallo” was inspired by their separation. Currently, Hunt is working on a second album but says that it is still a long ways off. For now, he is spending time enjoying his new marriage and subsequent honeymoon.
For now, the star is still enjoying the success of his latest song, “Body Like a Backroad,” which continues to climb the Country Billboard charts. He is also performing in several shows over the summer, but his next one won’t be until May 9. That will give the newlywed plenty of time to spend with his bride as they start their lives together.
