Luke Bryan’s newest song “Fast” is one we all can relate to. It’s a song that focuses on how fast time goes and all the moments we wish we could hang onto a little longer. Unfortunately, those moments quickly turn into distant memories and time seems to move faster as we get older.
Bryan captured these feelings in his new video for “Fast.” On the stage, Bryan sings about memories while photos of his past circulate in front of the camera. The melody is definitely an enjoyable one, and the song itself is bound to be a hit.
Bryan always has a way of pulling on the heartstrings, but this song really takes the prize. The photos you see in the video are ones of his kids, wedding, concerts and awards shows. They are a perfect addition to this song and really drive home the point he is trying to make. We all need to spend a little more time enjoying the moments in life before they pass us by.
The song “Fast” comes from Bryan’s 2015 “Kill the Lights” album and is the fifth single to be released from it. He is currently finishing up his “Kill the Lights” tour this month before starting his “Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day” tour in May. That tour will continue through the end of October.
In between concerts, he’s busy hitting up awards shows and talk shows while still taking the time to interact with his family regularly. In April, he will co-host the Academy of Country Music Awards alongside Dirks Bentley. Chances are, he will be gathering up a ton more memories over the summer that he can enjoy for years to come.
